Raise a Glass is a personalized cocktail experience based in Denver, Colorado. Customers share a story or life moment and receive a custom cocktail name, origin story, and recipe crafted by a named bartender. We offer digital delivery and printed card options.

Refund & dispute policy

All sales are final. Because each cocktail is handcrafted specifically for your story and moment, we do not offer refunds once a bartender has begun work on your order.

However, we stand behind the quality of every cocktail we make. If something isn't right:

  • You may request one revision within 48 hours of delivery. Your revision request must include specific, actionable feedback about what didn't land.
  • If we are unable to make it right, we will issue a discount code toward a future order.

To request a revision, reply to your delivery email or contact us at hello@raiseaglass.co within 48 hours of receiving your cocktail.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@raiseaglass.co before initiating a dispute with your card issuer. We resolve genuine billing errors quickly and directly.


Return policy (printed card orders)

For orders that include a printed card mailed to a physical address, the digital cocktail is delivered by email first. The printed card ships separately and typically arrives within 5–7 business days.

If your printed card arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 14 days of your order, contact us at hello@raiseaglass.co and we will send a replacement at no charge. Physical cards are not returnable once delivered.


Cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if requested before a bartender has begun work — typically within 30 minutes of placing your order. After work has begun, cancellations are not accepted and our refund policy applies.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@raiseaglass.co with your order ID.

Raise a Glass does not offer subscriptions or recurring charges. There is nothing to cancel on an ongoing basis.


Promotions & discount codes

Discount codes issued by Raise a Glass are single-use, non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied to past orders. We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.

Discount codes shared publicly by our bartenders or partners are subject to the same terms.


Legal & restrictions

Raise a Glass provides cocktail recipes and stories for personal use. We do not sell, ship, or deliver alcohol. All recipes are intended for adults of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction.

Our service is available to customers in the United States. No export restrictions apply to our digital products.
